WorkSteer in Boise, Idaho is seeking dependable forklift operators to support warehouse operations. You will safely move, load, unload, and organize materials while helping maintain an efficient and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate has forklift operating experience, a safety-focused mindset, and can work in a fast-paced setting. Certification is preferred but training may be provided; opportunities for long-term employment and multiple shift options are available.

Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Current forklift certification preferred; willingness to complete training.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle materials carefully.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift/move materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and designated storage areas.
• Move and organize inventory in warehouse locations.
• Follow proper material-handling procedures and warehouse safety guidelines.
• Complete basic pre-use equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate material placement and help prevent product damage.
• Assist with inventory handling, order staging, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions and meet daily productivity expectations.

Job Description

WorkSteer is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to support warehouse and industrial operations. Candidates will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials while helping maintain an efficient and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate has forklift operating experience, follows workplace safety procedures, and can work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates with transferable warehouse experience who are willing to obtain forklift training may also be considered, depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.

Load and unload products from delivery trucks and designated storage areas.

Move and organize inventory in warehouse locations.
