The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, basic maintenance knowledge, US work eligibility, and the ability to work in a team; strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; forklift experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Basic operator-level maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily maintenance checks of the assigned unit before operation to ensure safe operation of the equipment and that no repairs are needed.
• Notifies technician in advance when aware that equipment will need maintenance.
• Operates forklift in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and safe facility.
• Loads and unloads trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keeps the warehouse clean, orderly, and materials properly stored.
• Operates forklifts/pallet jack following all safety regulations.
• Participates in training and other opportunities to learn about the company, products, sales and services, and supports the company's mission and values.

TheForklift Operator operates and manages movement of materials to ensure a clean, organized facility, respects forklift safety criteria and fulfills production needs.

Starting rate $19/hour with room for advancement

Key Responsibilities

• Completes daily maintenance checks of the assigned unit before operation to ensure safe operation of the equipment and that no repairs are needed.
• Notifies technician inadvance when aware that equipment will need maintenance.

• Operates forklift while in a fast-paced environment and maintains a clean and safe facility.
• Loads and unloads trailersin a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensures that thewarehouseis kept clean, orderlyand all materials are properlystored.
• Operates forklifts/pallet jack following all company safety regulations.
• Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience and basic operator level maintenance experience, be legally eligible to work in the US , and be 18 years of age or older. It is required to have a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
