Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Co. is seeking a forklift operator to join our distribution team in Arkadelphia, AR. This role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends, with prior forklift experience preferred.

You will be responsible for safely operating a forklift, loading/unloading trucks, receiving and moving material, and maintaining housekeeping standards while contributing to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Requires six months previous forklift experience in a big box environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe manner.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Receive material.
• Move material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate and promote a solution based positive attitude in meeting goals and objectives.
