Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up operation of bakery equipment/manufacturing line, establishing priorities and sequences per production guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Production/Packaging procedures and inspect one line/equipment for issues.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor or manager as soon as possible.
• Complete and submit daily production reports.
• Visually inspect product for quality and quantity.
• Monitor runs and perform basic troubleshooting on bakery equipment.
• Support quality control programs to ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and GMPs; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• May perform other duties not listed.
