Join our team! We're seeking a skilled forklift operator for a scheduled shift from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth. Apply today!

The Forklift Operators are responsible for moving WIP (work-in-progress) and finished goods to and from the manufacturing area or transferring materials within the warehouse using an industrial forklift truck. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Major Responsibilities

• Use production schedules and/or shipping orders to identify, verify, and transport requested raw materials, equipment, or processing materials.
• Understand machine loading capacity and schedule to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of required items.
• Use protective materials and strapping equipment to secure loads; remove strapping & wrapping after delivery and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Report problems with materials or transportation to supervisor.
• Manage and organize drums, skids, pallets, and supplies in designated areas.
• Service equipment as needed and report mechanical or electrical issues to supervisor.
• Maintain forklift checkout records as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous forklift experience, preferably on a stand-up forklift.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed.
