Work Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday, 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM or until work is complete

Job Overview:

Forklift Operators are essential to our success at FritoLay! They handle various warehouse duties, including material handling and operating forklifts to move products. Starting as a Forklift Operator, we invest in your growth, providing opportunities for career advancement within FritoLay or PepsiCo. Key tasks include:

1. Safely operate a forklift after training and certification
2. Load and unload pallets from trailers
3. Store products in multi-tiered warehouse racks
4. Pick cases according to orders using technology
5. Manage inventory with handheld scanners and control systems
6. Perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Our operations run 24/7, so schedules may vary. The role is physically demanding; you will be on your feet throughout your shift. Requirements include:

• Minimum age of 18
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
• Ability to lift 15-50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Willingness to work at heights and in challenging environments (extreme temperatures, humidity, loud equipment, slippery surfaces)

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of forklift or equipment operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
