Volt is seeking a Forklift Operator in Winchester, VA to operate a sit-down forklift, pull and prep orders for shipment, unload trucks, and stock materials. The role requires maintaining warehouse cleanliness and proper material handling.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of forklift experience and 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, with a background in warehouse operations beneficial. This is a full-time, contract opportunity with benefits and an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Forklift Operator in Winchester, VA

A Forklift Operator, you will be:

• Responsible for operation of forklift, pulling orders, assisting others, unloading trucks, putting materials away.
• Responsible for wrapping/banding materials to prepare for shipment and housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Responsible for pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Responsible for receiving, verifying staging and stocking all incoming material.

This is a full time, Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of Sit-Down forklift experience.
• 1 year of warehouse shipping and receiving experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.

Pay Rate:

• $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
