Position: Forklift Operator

Shift: Friday-Sunday 6PM - 6AM

Pay: $20.00 plus $0.75 shift differential

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of six months experience in operating stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

Role Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6AM

Role Purpose

Our Forklift Operators are responsible for moving stock within our warehouse environment, loading and unloading shipments, and using equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. We operate in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused environment, essential to daily life and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various forklifts or power equipment (80% of shift).
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type.
• Maintain inventory records and reports.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, check for damage, and report variances.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources.
• Keep equipment and materials organized and clean.
• Assist in physical inventories and perform daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Forklift operator certification or completion of a forklift-training program within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.
