Position Details

Position: Forklift Operator

Shift: Friday-Sunday 6PM - 6AM

Pay: $20.00 plus $0.75 shift differential

Preferred Skills and Experience

Minimum of six months experience in operating stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

Additional Shift Information

Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6AM

Role Purpose

Our Forklift Operators are responsible for moving stock within our warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, and using various types of forklifts and pallet jacks. The environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused. You will be an essential part of everyday life, helping move products that people need and want.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other power equipment (80% of shift)
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain inventory records and reports
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Verify load accuracy and report variances
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources
• Maintain equipment and materials in an organized manner
• Assist in physical inventories
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience

• Forklift operator certificate or completion of a forklift-training program within 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Six months warehouse experience (preferred)
• Six months forklift operation experience
