• Support packing and material staging activities to ensure the production line is consistently supplied.
• Follow established safety procedures at all times, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area within the warehouse and production plant.

Work Environment

This role is based in a busy production plant and warehouse where a high volume of materials and parts move daily to supply the production line. The standard hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with frequent work on Fridays to prepare for the following week. The warehouse team also works during production line shutdowns, such as holiday shutdowns, to complete inventory activities. The environment involves regular use of sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a high-traffic setting. Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required as part of the dress code to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thief River Falls, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
