Kelly Services is seeking a Forklift Operator in San Juan, PR for a 1st shift role. Pay rate is $12 per hour. You will operate forklifts, assist with inventory, use computer systems to track orders, and collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient warehouse flow.

Requirements include forklift experience, a valid Puerto Rico driver’s license, and a high school diploma. The role offers a standard frontline warehouse position with opportunities for growth within the distribution center.

What’s a typical day as Forklift Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
• Assisting with inventory control and stock management as a Warehouse Technician
• Utilizing computer systems for tracking inventory and processing orders
• Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have proven experience operating forklifts.
• Possess a valid PR driver's license.
• Possess previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Have basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team setting
