Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift (10pm–6am, Mon–Fri) at our Saint Joseph, MO plant. You will load/unload lines, stage materials, verify quantities, and move goods through the facility to support production and shipping.

The role requires 6+ months forklift experience, ability to operate stand-up forklifts, and willingness to work 12-hour days with overtime as needed. Certification and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be able to operate stand-up forklift.
• Comfortable working 12-hour days as needed.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials at the lines.
• Stage each production line with the proper materials.
• Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.
• Load finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers.
• Move finished products, raw materials, and parts to different locations in the plant.
• Perform daily production cycle counts.

Job Responsibilities

• As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials at the lines.
• Staging each production line with the proper materials.

• Responsible for moving finished products, raw materials, and part to different locations in the plant.
• Perform daily production cycle counts.

Our St. Joseph, Missouri distribution center charges, packages and ships the batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy‑duty trucks.
