Job description

Title: Forklift Operator

Duration: 0-12 Months (Temporary)

Location: Rialto, CA 92376

Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 /Hour on W2

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders with occasional standup reach driving; warehouse experience required.
• Stand and walk up to 10 hours per day with light lifting.
• Operate all powered and non-powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Use RF equipment for processing inbound, outbound, and internal orders accurately.
• Ensure transaction accuracy in items and quantities.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy through QA inspections.
• Provide backup support for other departments with cross-training.
• Consolidate stock to improve inventory performance and maximize space.
• Maintain company 5S standards in the work area.
• Meet productivity and quality standards as defined by the department manager.
• Inspect and QA outbound freight for correctness and damage; obtain manager approval for damaged freight.
• Palletize and load shipments to prevent damage during transit.
• Load products onto LTL, TL trailers, and vans.
• Inspect inbound freight for quantity and damage; complete necessary documentation including BOL.
• Follow all Standard Work Instructions for the department.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report repairs.
• Conduct C-TPAT compliance inspections and documentation for international shipments.
• Maintain security per C-TPAT policies.
