Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a forklift operator in Phoenix, AZ to move products, load trucks, label and package items, and ensure quality standards on a full-time outdoor shift.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work any shift in a team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Complete daily paperwork including inspection reports for all equipment.
• Other duties related to the job may be assigned as needed.

Job Summary

Operates forklift as directed and without supervision while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1+ years'related work experience
• Must be able to work any shift
• Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to carry out instructions written and oral
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and understanding of units of measure
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working majority of shift in an outdoor environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
