Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an Equipment and Machine Operator to support our manufacturing and yard operations in Chandler, Arizona. The role involves operating heavy equipment, organizing yard activities, and ensuring safe loading/unloading of products.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and the ability to follow safety procedures while working in a busy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass internal forklift training program.
• At least one year of forklift experience moving weights of 20,000 lbs preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as 36K forklifts, front-end loaders, shuttle lifts, and skid steer.
• Organize product in the yard through communication with other team members.
• Safely load and unload product from flatbed trucks and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation.
• Inspect equipment before and after use, adhere to on-site safety protocols and regulations.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
