Job summary

Lingo Staffing in Orlando, FL is hiring Forklift Operators to start ASAP. This role involves locating items on shelves, shrink-wrapping them, and preparing shipments for delivery.

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Requirements include 3+ years forklift experience, certification, RF scanner familiarity, HS diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Forklift Operators in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!

Forklift operators - Responsible for finding items on storage shelves or in rooms using barcodes or serial numbers. They must securely shrink-wrap them before placing them into envelopes or boxes for safe delivery. Order Pickers also operate equipment like forklifts to load trucks for daily deliveries.

Pay rate: $18.00 Hourly

Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Must have 3 plus years of experience operating forklifts.
• Must be Certified forklift operator.
• RF Scanner experience.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items.
• Signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
• Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
• Open containers, sort, and catalog materials.
• Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience operating a pallet jack (preferred)
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
