Job summary

Ryder is seeking an experienced Order Picker / Cherry Picker Forklift Operator for their Apopka, FL location. The role includes loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inbound/outbound forklift duties.

Shifts run 5:00pm-5:00am with pay of $20.45/hour; temp-to-hire opportunity and on-site parking are provided. Strong English reading and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating order picker/cherry picker forklift.
• Able to stand 8 hours with/without accommodations.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.

Hiring Order Picker / Cherry Picker Forklift

We are currently looking for experiencedOrder Picker Forklift Operatorat our client Ryder in Apopka, FL.

Shifts available:

(Sunday-Wednesday) 5:00pm-5:00am – $20.45

(Wednesday-Saturday) 5:00pm-5:00am – $20.45

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks.
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production.
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract. Performs other duties as assigned.

External Basic Qualifications:

Experience on Order Picker / Cherry Picker Forklift

• Willing to work a flexible shift.
• Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:
