Job summary

Shaw Industries in Orlando, FL is seeking a Forklift Operator II for 1st shift to build custom orders and move merchandise between trailers and storage. The role starts at $21.96 per hour, with potential progression to $22.79 after 90 days.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am to 3:30pm, with non-rotating 8-hour shifts. Responsibilities include pulling materials with a lift truck, transporting pallets, completing paperwork, packing items for shipment, and handling damaged packages.

Qualifications

• Receiving a pull task with information on the hard surface material to be pulled and retrieving the correct material with a lift truck.
• Transporting a pallet by forklift to and from location.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Wrap and band hard surface materials prepared on pallets.

Position Overview

To build custom orders to fulfill order requests. Position also responsible for the transport of merchandise from trailers to storage locations and from storage areas to trailers for shipping.

Location & Pay

This position is located and works out of Orlando, FL.

$21.96 per hour associates have the opportunity to progress at 90 days to $22.79 per hour.

Mon-Fri: 7am to 3:30 pm
