Job summary

thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is hiring for a warehouse associate on the floor operating a forklift and supporting material handling tasks. You will move raw materials and finished goods, load/unload trucks, pick/pack orders, and assist with cycle counts while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires reading/writing in English, basic math, and forklift experience, with opportunities to work with Kaltenbach saws and standard warehouse software tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to read/write in English.
• Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately remove and stock product per inventory plan.
• Select and package customer orders correctly.
• Load and unload trucks; verify items loaded/unloaded.
• Pick, process and pack orders; may cut on Kaltenbach saw.
• Perform cycle counts and identify defective material.
• Complete paperwork per work instructions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and support safety/6S initiatives.

Job SummaryResponsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision.
