thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services in Kyle, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to move materials with a forklift, load and unload trucks, and pick/pack orders. The role requires adherence to health, safety, and 6S standards on the warehouse floor and may involve crane or hand truck use as needed.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of warehousing experience, a forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Strong attendance history is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years warehousing experience preferred, especially in metals industry.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• History of dependable attendance is essential.
• Must have or obtain forklift certification and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment using forklift; may use cranes or hand trucks as needed.
• Accurately pick, process, and pack orders; load/unload trucks and verify items.
• Perform cycle counts and identify defective material; complete work instructions where required.
• Maintain forklift and reporting of issues at shift start; follow safety and ISO/6S requirements.

Job SummaryResponsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. May perform other general warehouse functions in support of operational requirements.
