We are currently seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator to join our team. This position will be responsible for the following duties:

• 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience or experience with other MHE
• Ability to operate different equipment types as needed

Role Purpose:

Our Forklift Operators move stock within our warehouse, load and unload shipments of various sizes, and operate equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. You will work in a safety-conscious environment, contributing to the movement of products that people need and want.

Key Accountabilities:

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various forklifts or other power equipment (80% of shift)
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain inventory records
• Follow OSHA and MSDS standards
• Verify load accuracy and report variances
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks as needed
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and facilities
• Assist with physical inventories
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Forklift operator certification or completion of a forklift training program within 30 days of hire
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Six months warehouse experience (preferred)
• Six months forklift operation experience
