Our Kirksville, MO facility is growing, and we're looking for world-class people like you!

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator to join our team!

This position is responsible for:

• Operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment
• Loading and unloading shipments
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Maintaining safety and operational standards

• Work schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, 6 PM - 6 AM; Wednesday, 6 PM - 10 PM; flexible schedule options

Role Purpose

As a Forklift Operator, you will move stock within our warehouse, load and unload shipments, and use equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. Your role is vital in maintaining our fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move, load, and stage products (80% of shift)
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain inventory records
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Inspect equipment daily and perform maintenance as needed
• Assist with physical inventories
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Forklift certification or completion of training within 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of warehouse and forklift operation experience preferred
