Job summary

Litehouse Inc. is seeking a motivated Material Handler II in Hurricane, UT, to operate powered industrial trucks, pick orders, and maintain inventory accuracy in a cool, refrigerated environment.

This role supports Litehouse Foods, a leader in refrigerated dressings and related products, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. You will receive training and certification for forklift operation, contribute to Food Safety and Quality, and work with a team that values ownership, community, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (we'll provide certification if needed).
• Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely.
• Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems.
• Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties.
• Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
