Job summary

Litehouse Inc. is seeking a motivated Material Handler II in Michigan to operate forklifts, pick and stack orders, and maintain precise inventory with handheld scanners. Join a 100% employee-owned producer of refrigerated dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification provided if needed).
• Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely.
• Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems.
• Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties.
• Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
