Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain in Franklin, KY is seeking a Forklift Operator for the AM shift. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $0.25 raise after 90 days. You will operate multiple forklift types, use RF scanners, and help move and stage inventory in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or sit for extended shifts.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals.
