Bluegrass Supply Chain in Columbus, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator for the PM Shift. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a $0.50 raise after 90 days. AM/PM shifts available, overtime as needed, and the opportunity for advancement within a modern, tech-enabled warehouse.

You will operate various forklifts, use RF scanners and WMS, and support a fast-paced team to move and stage inventory. Benefits and paid training are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods or sit as needed.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals.
