Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator on 2nd shift in Bowling Green, KY. Starting pay is $18 an hour, with benefits from day one and opportunities for advancement. The role involves operating various forklift types, using RF scanning, and supporting a fast-paced warehouse team.

You will be responsible for inventory movement, safety checks, and maintaining clean work areas while contributing to daily production goals in a modern, tech-enabled facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely
• Use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals
