Bluegrass Supply Chain in Moody, AL seeks a Forklift Operator for the AM shift. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a $0.25 raise after 90 days. This role uses RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory in a modern, tech-enabled warehouse.

AM shift availability includes opportunities for overtime, career growth, and a solid benefits package. Candidates should have 2+ years forklift experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years forklift experience in warehouse/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet or seated for extended shifts
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
