Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain in Findlay, OH is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the AM shift to support fast-paced warehouse operations. You will operate multiple forklift types, use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory, and help load, unload, and stage product safely.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with benefits from day one, overtime opportunities, and possibilities for career growth into lead or trainer roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years forklift experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for shifts.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse tech.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Schedule & Location

• AM Shift that works: Thu noon-6pm & Fri-Sat-Sun 6am-6pm
• Located in Findlay, OH
• Overtime work available based on business needs
