Bluegrass Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator for the AM shift in Franklin, KY. You will operate multiple forklift types, use RF scanners, and ensure accurate movement and storage of inventory in a tech-enabled warehouse.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with benefits from day one, overtime opportunities, and pathways for advancement into lead or supervisory roles. The team emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet or sit for extended shifts.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Move and track inventory using RF scanners and WMS.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage products in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Support teammates to meet daily production goals.

What You’ll Do (Forklift Operator / Material Handler)

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas{"/li"}n
• Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals
