Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading retail company in Edgewater Park. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of warehouse operations by ensuring materials are moved safely and accurately throughout the facility.

The position offers a Friday-Sunday shift from 5:15am to 5:45pm with a pay rate of 23.74 USD per hour. Training and growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience of 1+ year.
• Experience operating reach trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and understand orders and count products stored in different areas and layers.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location.
• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes.
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas.
• Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials.
