Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for an immediate opening in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires proficiency with multiple lift equipment types and accurate order fulfillment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with overtime availability. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers growth potential and requires proven lift truck experience. Pay is $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating multiple types of industrial lift equipment.
• Experience with pallet jacks or walkie riders alone is not sufficient.
• Prior lift truck operating experience is required; training provided on our fleet.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various warehouse lift trucks and material handling equipment.
• Pick, move, stage, and replenish inventory.
• Load and unload products and materials.
• Complete order fulfillment tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Required Equipment Experience

• Stock Picker / Cherry Picker
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Stand-Up Forklift

Important: Experience limited to pallet jacks, walkie riders, or similar equipment alone does not meet the requirements for this position.

While we provide training on our specific fleet of equipment, candidates must demonstrate prior lift truck operating experience.
