Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a forklift-focused material handler on a Monday-Friday schedule with 1st or 2nd shift options. Employees will work 8, 10, or 12 hour days while safely loading, unloading, and organizing inventory in a fast-paced shipping environment.

The role requires lifting up to 1,500 lbs, sitting on a forklift for most of the day, and stacking/palletizing products with care to avoid damage. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit on a forklift for 90% of the workday.
• Move product two pallets high.
• Skilled to move unpalletized product without damage.
• Move product stacked 2 pallets high.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials weighing up to 1,500 lbs safely and efficiently.
• Accurately receive and store product.
• Stack and inventory product up to 4-5 skids high.
• Move product stacked 2 pallets high during daily operations.

Compensation

Starting at $20/hour. 2nd shift will receive a shift premium.
