Job summary

Kelly Services in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Forklift Operator for a leading distribution center. The role pays $20 per hour on the 1st shift from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm and involves unloading, stocking, labeling, and preparing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow OSHA rules.
• Report hazards or injuries immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What’s a typical day as Forklift Operator? You’ll be:

• Unloading materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks and inspecting items for quality compliance.
• Stocking and transferring materials to appropriate bins, racks, or bundles based on type, size, and destination.
• Marking and identifying material accurately for inventory purposes.
• Assembling customer orders from stock, packaging for shipment, and preparing documentation for various shipping methods.
• Pulling orders for delivery, loading/unloading trucks using forklifts or heavy equipment, and transferring items between departments.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and adhering to OSHA and customer safety policies.
• Reporting workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately and taking reasonable care for your own safety and that of others.
• Performing other duties and projects as assigned by the Branch Manager or supervisor.
