Job summary

Lineage in Burien, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our warehouse equipment and facilities in top condition. You will maintain and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment, while supporting building and facility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, operate tools, and document repairs. Strong teamwork and attention to safety are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining forklifts, MHE, and industrial buildings preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on forklifts and MHE.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Perform routine building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, plumbing, etc.).
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility assets.
• Document maintenance activities and complete work orders.
