Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a skilled Forklift Mechanic and Building Maintenance Manager to help maintain and repair essential warehouse equipment in our state-of-the-art cold storage environment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and reliability of MHE and facility systems.

Qualifications

Experience in forklift maintenance and industrial maintenance roles.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
OSHA or relevant safety certifications are a plus.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, aerial lifts) and facility systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC).
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
Assist with electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC maintenance as needed.
Maintain accurate service records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
Follow safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Cross-train in additional maintenance areas including facility systems, MHE, and refrigeration equipment.
