Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service forklifts, MHE, and facility systems in a cold storage environment. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse, performing routine checks, basic refrigeration repairs with training provided, and coordinating with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience or a combination of maintenance experience and trade/technical school.
• Experience maintaining forklifts, MHE, and commercial/industrial buildings preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on forklifts and MHE.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Complete routine building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, plumbing, etc.).
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Complete basic inspections and minor refrigeration repairs (training provided).
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Communicate equipment and facility status with the team and leadership.
• Safely operate lifts and use hand/power tools and welding equipment.
