Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is hiring a Material Handler in Tennessee to move polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults within the yard and load/unload shipments daily. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and maintaining organized yard operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, forklift experience, attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work in varied temperatures. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies and guidelines.
• Actively participate in company's Continuous Improvement Programs.
• Ability to read and interpret Production Work Orders, Assembly Pick Sheets, and Bills of Ladings.
• Identify safety hazards in the yard and storage locations.
• Inspect and perform maintenance checks on the forklift daily & weekly.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
• Pick, wrap and stage orders for daily shipment or storage.
• Maintaining accuracy and organization of yard bin locations.
• Perform cycle counts as needed.
• Consolidate pallets as needed.
• Empty dumpsters and scrap bins.

Responsibilities
