Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, in Sweetwater, TN, is seeking a Material Handler to move polymer concrete components and assist daily shipments. You will handle loading and unloading, maintain yard organization, and follow safety procedures.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and good communication skills are essential, with a commitment to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Good time management and communication.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must work in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Move polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults between yard locations.
• Load and unload products onto and off trucks daily.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Read Production Work Orders, pick sheets, and bills of lading.
• Identify hazards in yard/storage.
• Inspect forklift and perform maintenance checks.
• Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
• Maintain yard bin locations and perform cycle counts.
• Consolidate pallets and manage scrap bins.
• Other duties as assigned.
