Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) in Idaho is seeking a Material Handler to efficiently move materials between departments, read work orders, and operate a forklift with a strong safety record.

You will identify materials, label and store them, inspect for damage, maintain accurate records, and support fabrication and warehouse operations during a 10‑hour day with occasional overtime. This role requires physical endurance and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in manufacturing or construction environment.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work orders.
• Commitment to safety and clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle materials in fabrication.
• Label, store, and track materials.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain records of materials received and distributed.
• Read work orders to determine material needs.
• Inspect forklifts daily and complete checklists.
• Communicate inventory status with supervisors.
• Sort materials for processing or transport.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
