Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Material Handler-Forklift Driver to support our production operations. The role uses a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished goods through the warehouse, with daily safety checks and collaboration across a large warehouse team.

This position offers a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (7am–7pm), competitive pay starting at $18.50 per hour, weekly pay, and a robust benefits package including medical, disability, life, and 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalency.
• Experience working in manufacturing or distribution center is preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Safe forklift operation while observing all safety rules.
• Ability to complete daily forklift pre-inspection sheet before operating the equipment.
• Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts with mandatory overtime, including weekends.
• Willing to train in other areas of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform forklift safety checks before and after every shift.
• Stage materials at critical locations and remove material at end of production line.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe shipping to customers.
