Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader for our Napoleon, OH facility to safely load/unload deliveries and interact with drivers and customers.

The role requires operating a forklift, following safety protocols, and maintaining product quality through inspections and proper labeling. You will promote excellent customer service during loading/unloading, manage inventory levels, and stay current with pipe specs and packaging requirements while contributing to continuous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift operation knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and conduct preventative maintenance on forklifts and other machines in the plant

• Promote good customer service skills when loading and unloading deliveries while minimizing errors
• Ensure proper product rotation and tracking of inventory levels
• Ability to learn and stay current on pipe specifications and packaging requirements
• Practice continuous improvement with regard to process and facility housekeeping
