The role involves guiding daily operations on the production floor and in the warehouse, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining accurate inventory while promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position – requires alertness and safe work practices.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lead and train a team on production/warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead forklift operators to transport finished jobs or goods.
• Move pallets of goods for jobs in process to appropriate area.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure safety policies are followed.
