Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator for its NAPA Auto Parts operations in Payson, Utah. The role focuses on loading, unloading, and moving materials with power equipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

You will perform receiving, putaway, order picking, and loading tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality in daily shipments. Prior equipment experience and strong safety awareness are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and maintaining accuracy in placing product.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment and inspect assigned equipment.
• Receive/putaway – unload inbound shipments and store in the correct locations.
• Order picking – pull and prepare product for shipment with correct quantity and type.
• Loading – move product from staging areas into trailers or containers.
• Quality – ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
