Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our forklifts and industrial fleet in Jacksonville, FL. This hands-on role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.

You will work closely with Engineering, perform fabrication when needed, and ensure safe, compliant operation. The ideal candidate has forklift repair experience and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in heavy forklift diagnostic and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to fabricate custom parts and read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on forklifts (electric, LPG, diesel) and man lifts.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic masts, drive trains, brakes, steering, and electrical controls.
• Fabricate, modify, and rebuild machine parts and molds.
• Collaborate with Engineering on upgrades and inventory management.
