Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in South Bend, IN is seeking a Forklift Field Service Technician for first shift. You will work full-time from Monday to Friday, with a company service van and fuel card provided for home-to-work use.

Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer forklifts, while delivering strong customer service. Ideal candidates will have two years of forklift repair experience, familiarity with electric and propane units, and own tools.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift repair experience preferred, including military/guard reserve MOS or NEC codes.
• Field experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electric and propane units.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and own tools.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on customer forklifts and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair all forms of customer equipment.
• Complete repairs timely and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage workloads independently.
• Submit all required paperwork accurately.
• Manage company vehicle and on-board parts inventory.
