Job summary

Morrison Industrial Equipment is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician for our South Bend, IN location. The role travels locally in a company van to service and repair material handling equipment, especially forklifts. A valid license is required, and you may be scheduled Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities.

Compensation starts at $23+ per hour and is negotiable based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and training programs upon hire.

Qualifications

• Have good customer relations and clear language skills.
• Enjoy teamwork but can work independently.
• Use a laptop or tablet for service reporting.
• Must have a valid drivers license and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
• Communicate needed repairs clearly to customers.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service daily.
• Keep the service van stocked and clean.
• Follow all safety procedures per Morrison9s guidelines.
• Be ready to work shift as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
