Oriental Trading Company in the Omaha area is hiring an Equipment Operator to safely operate stock picking and forklift equipment up to 40 feet to replenish merchandise across warehouse locations. This regular full-time position at our La Vista location includes a performance-based bonus and shift differential for swing shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Follow safety guidelines including warning horns and lights.
• Average reading and counting skills.
• Able to walk, stand, squat, bend during shift.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional 75 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of totes and rolling carts up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in elevated areas up to 28 feet high.
• Reach heights up to 6 feet; climb stairs and use step stools.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker, forklift, pallet jack, turret truck to move product throughout the warehouse.
• Check work for quality and accuracy to ensure an amazing customer experience.
• Interact with scanners and radios and use screen prompts to follow directions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to support a fun culture.
