Job summary

Oriental Trading Company in Omaha, NE, is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate stock picking and forklift equipment up to 40 feet, loading and replenishing merchandise to warehouse locations. This full-time role starts at $18 per hour with a $2 swing differential on our swing shift at the La Vista location.

You'll work with order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and turret trucks, maintain quality checks, and use scanners and radios.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines including warning horns and lights.
• Average reading and counting skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, squat, bend frequently and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate order picker, forklift, pallet jack, turret truck and related equipment to move product throughout the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Check work for quality and accuracy to ensure an amazing customer experience.
• Interact with technology like scanners and radios and use screen prompts to follow directions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to build on our culture of fun!
