Forklift/Equipment Field Technician— We are looking for someone who lives in or around the Dallas, TX, area. You will be a Equipment Field Tech dispatched daily from your home.

Deep South Equipment currently has positions available for skilled forklift/heavy equipment technicians with mechanical aptitude and industry experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures

• Repair or replace engines, transmissions, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems

• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently

• Communicate courteously and effectively with customers and co-workers

• Prepare documentation such as work orders, parts lists, and time cards

• Provide your own tools; large or specialty tools provided by the company

• Maintain safety standards and observe all safety policies

• Overtime may be required
